All praises is due to Allah. We praise and glorify Him and seek His help and ask His forgiveness. And seek refuge in Allah from the evils of our desires, and the adverse consequences of our deeds. Whomsoever Allah guides none can misguide him. And whomsoever Allah misguides, none can guide him. And I bear witness that there is no diety worthy of worship but Allah and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger.
Our beloved Prophet y would use the above phrase everytime he speaks. The phrase is also known as "Khutbat al-Hajah", which summarizes the essence of Islam. The words, despite of the brevity, are deep in meaning and it addresses and summarizes issues of great importance.
Insya' Allah (by the will of Allah), this blog is dedicated to those who are sincerely looking for the truthful knowledge. I will try to present from what I have learn regarding Islam. This includes those who have been muslims by birth, newly reverted muslims, or even non-muslims who would like to know more about Islam. I will try to provide evidences as I go along, if there are any that does not make sense, please let me know. I will try to elaborate more on it. The religion of Islam is based on proofs and evidences, as Allah have demanded to the previous nation when they say some statements which has no basis, "... Produce your proof if you are truthful." (al-Baqarah 111) The same rule applies here, if I make any claim or presented any statements do ask me and you have the right to demand from me where I get the facts from.
As we go through the journey of life in a short span of time, we will encounter all kinds of ideologies, religions, concepts. It is the inquisitive nature of human beings to ask and ponder upon what they see around them. We have given a wonderful ability to think, rationalize, process information like no other being have been given. No matter how hard they try to train animals, they will never be able to get to the same level of a human being. In fact with this ability, Allah (SWT) have raised and elevated the status of human beings from other beings as stated in surah al-Baqarah (32-33). I will cover that at a later time, Insya' Allah.
With this great blessing that Allah (SWT) has bestowed upon us, we will able to distinguish truth and falsehood. Here I would like to take you to a journey in which I will try to provide you the true message of Islam from the basis of al-Quran and Sunnah. I will cover different concept of "God", in which by itself is an overloaded terminology. We will also compare the concept of "God" in Islam with other concepts that are prevalent at this point of time.
If there are things that I presented that are unclear, please provide me a feedback, I will try to clarify it, Insya' Allah
Let the journey begin...
